2. Conditions of access

Access to the services is reserved for adults with full legal capacity residing in a country where our services are offered. Opening an account is subject to verification of your identity and to your providing accurate and up-to-date information.

3. Nature of the service

Haussrel provides analysis and automated execution tools for crypto-asset and CFD markets. We provide neither personal investment advice, nor individual recommendations, nor third-party portfolio management. Every investment decision is yours alone.

4. User obligations

You undertake to keep your credentials confidential, to notify us without delay of any unauthorised access, to use the platform only for lawful purposes, and to refrain from any manoeuvre intended to manipulate prices, circumvent our security measures or extract the service's data at scale.

5. Trading risks

Crypto-assets are volatile and CFDs are leveraged instruments. These markets can lead to the rapid and total loss of the sums committed. You declare that you understand these risks, that you invest only sums whose loss would not affect your financial situation, and that you have assessed whether these products suit your objectives and experience.

6. No performance guarantee

The signals, projections, simulations and statistics presented on this site are provided for information. They rest on historical data and in no case constitute a guarantee of results. Past performance does not guarantee future performance.

7. Fees and pricing

Applicable fees vary by instrument, traded volume and the execution mode chosen. Their breakdown is presented in your account area before any order is transmitted. Any change to the fee schedule is communicated to you in advance within a reasonable period.

8. Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals are made through the payment methods offered in your account area. Withdrawal requests are processed after verification of your identity and may be suspended where applicable anti-money-laundering rules so require.

9. Intellectual property

All content of the site and the platform — text, interfaces, graphic elements, trademarks, algorithmic models and code — remains the exclusive property of Haussrel or its licensors. Any unauthorised reproduction or reuse is prohibited.

10. Service availability

We deploy the means necessary to ensure continuity of service, without being able to guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance operations, technical incidents or force majeure events may temporarily affect access to the platform.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Haussrel cannot be held liable for trading losses, missed gains, or indirect damage resulting from the use or unavailability of the service. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Suspension and account closure

We may suspend or close an account in the event of a breach of these terms, a suspicion of fraud or a legal obligation. You may for your part request the closure of your account at any time, subject to settlement of open positions and sums due.

13. Changes to the terms

These terms may be amended to reflect regulatory or technical developments. The applicable version is the one published on this page, whose update date appears at the top. Substantial changes are notified to you before they take effect.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution; failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent French courts. As a consumer, you retain the right to refer the matter to a consumer mediator, whose fees we bear.
